2 stars for the lovely dress selections that they currently have but this store lost 3 stars to my overall shopping experience with my sales lady. I was there on Dec 15, I do not recall my sales lady s name (maybe Cassandra?) but she was not friendly at all. From the beginning to end, my friend and I felt unwelcomed. I did not say anything but I thought I d quickly try out all the dresses firstly and get the hell out of there.
This was my first bridal shop experience and unfortunately it did not go well. I felt super uncomfortable and I rushed myself to get it done and over with. On the other hand, there were a few girls that worked there that seemed more upbeat and enthusiastic. I wish I had a different sales lady because I did find a dress that I would have loved to purchased but given the circumstances, I could not justify the sale to my sales lady.
I have yet to purchase my wedding dress so I may return but I will request for a different rep.
