I had a really good experience overall. My sales rep Hutch with really helpful and got me the car I wanted for a fair price. I signed the contract in the evening and after thinking about the deal overnight, I wasn't satisfied with the amount of money I was receiving for my trade-in. Hutch and the staff were willing to change the contract the next morning to allow me to keep that vehicle in exchange for the amount of money I was going to receive for it in the contract. I know they didn't need to do that after I had already signed the contract so I am really appreciative of their willingness to make sure I was a happy and satisfied customer.
