Worst service ever! Took my 2004 is 250 in because...

Worst service ever! Took my 2004 is 250 in because the inside of the car smelled terrible every time I turned my car on. Gave my car in for damage repair estimate and to change the cabin filter. 5 hours later when I came back they claimed that the car smells perfectly and they forgot to do damage estimate. I demanded that I still wanted to change the filter so it turned out that they were just out of them and I was not crazy! i prepaid for the filter and my father picked it up a week later and told me to drive by any time to get it installed quickly. Today I came by to get it installed and none would help me. Claiming that I need to make another appointment or wait until next available tech becomes available. Customer service treated me like i was a begger. I can take my car and money else where!!!
