I've never been so upset with a store before in my life. They double charged me for what I bought, and dealt with the situation so poorly. During the transaction it looked like I was only paying $55, but when I checked my bank account it showed that they had charged me $110. When I called to get the situation taken care of, they were extremely unhelpful and unconcerned about their error and my inconvenience. Instead of getting the situation taken care of right away, they took their time and were extremely unorganized during the process. It's been almost 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back. It's even more difficult because I don't live in the area, so I can't easily sort the situation out. Most places would give an extra discount for inconveniencing their customers in such a great way, but they wouldn't give anything - further showing their indifference for their customer and their horrible service.
