I had a very bad experience with one of the representatives whose name is Lora because of his bad treatment of the client, little collaboration and indisposition, his lack of professionalism is notorious !!! Although 9 packages were bought by Mr. Dr Lora at the time that 3 of the partners wanted to make a change, he attended them rudely and not happy with his performance charged them a penalty that ended with the voluntary cancellation by my colleagues !!
