The Branbury initially seemed like a pretty good place to live, there's lots of amenities, a brand new club house with lots to do, a year round pool a jacuzzi and lots of activities, and the cleaning checks are SUPER easy, but after I moved I realized how badly I was getting ripped off. The apartments were relatively nice and taken care of the but the lighting was poor-- it was always dark inside-- and the rent was really high. There were also TONS of fees that I was not expecting, like $60 for just a parking pass for parking slots that are seriously TINY-- I could barely get my car in and it's hard to open the door without hitting somebody else's car. Everywhere else I've lived the parking has been free, and for much nicer lots. So overall, the Branbury is an okay place to live, but I don't think I'd really recommend it.
