PLEASE DON'T BASE YOUR INITIAL OPINION ON NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Notice that most negative reviews are about the ER. What people fail to understand is that the ER is not a walk in clinic and shouldn't be treated as one. ITS FOR Emergency situations needing immediate attention. THEREFORE nearly every single ER has the same bad reviews, about time and attention spent on each patient. It should not be a reflection on the facility as a whole.

ANYWAY.....I had spinal surgery yesterday at Kaweah Delta and my experience was nothing shy of amazing. I never take time to write reviews but because I noticed there are so many bad reviews on this hospital I thought I should take the time to write one. The care and attention that every single person working on my team gave to me was perfect. I could tell that they genuinely cared about my success as a patient. They all were confident in each other and you could tell they enjoyed working together, which always helps to set you at ease before surgery. Today is day one out of the hospital and I got a call from them to make sure I was doing ok and didnt need any more help or advice. I couldn't be happier with the support they have given me. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO DR OH. AND HIS ENTIRE TEAM OF NERVE SPECIALSTS, ANESTHESIOLOGISTS, NURSES, AND SUPPORT STAFF! You guys are awesome!
