For 4 star hotel, it is ridiculous that there is no coffee in the room, nor a microwave. Wifi is not even free (WTH). Had a room in non-smoking floor, but people smoking weed all day in their room and it seeped into my room.. called down to complain, they said to put a towel at my door.
Couple next door fighting for 4 days straight, hitting each other and falling on the ground. Called security - they took a long time to come, then 1 guy shows up and clearly heard what was going on and attempts to leave anyway. I opened my door and I said ''ugh deal with that please!!!!""..
All in all, very lazy service. And in no way do they have the right to call the hotel theme Brazilian... the only Brazilian element was the waitresses in the lobby dressed in trashy lingerie. This is 3 star at best..
