We have been season pass holders for years now and it seems to be getting worse and worse. There is always 1 or 2 slides that are not working (there's not very many to begin with, so the one's they have should be functioning). The wave pool was also broke for 1 week. Then good luck getting a golf cart to pick you, your family, and your cooler up when you have to park 3 football fields away. And when you ask the employee where the golf carts are their response today was "Oh we don't keep track of them". Very disappointed in how much money we have spent this year alone and the terrible experiences we keep having. PLEASE get it together HAWAIIAN FALLS! As busy as it is you aren't low on finances!!
