I'm also a huge Apple fan and writing this pains me. I brought my iMac 27" to the genius bar for repairs on March 13th. It's now April 7th and 3 senior Apple advisors and numerous phone calls can't make contact with the store. My next step is getting in the car and driving 35 minutes for a visit. Perhaps I'll wait in line for another 3 weeks, but I'll get an answer.

Take your Apple product to the Northlake Mall.
