I m currently staying in this hotel. Excellent location near all activities. Hotel lobby has old school charm and rooms were clean and comfortable. I am disappointed in the management and hotel staff. My wife called ahead and mentioned that it was our anniversary. They did not mention anything to us when we checked in. Then i asked the front desk associate if we get breakfast as I m a Hilton honors member. He said we get either 1000 points or $15 credit. I said you can t get much for $15 . I then showed him on the Hilton website however he was (well that s what we offer) My wife is on the phone as we speak with Hilton. Not a way to spend a vacation. The next morning I left my room at 10am. When I returned at 4Pm a house keeper was in my room cleaning it. I again went to the front desk. They said housekeeping can be in the rooms till 5:30 so I said I m paying for a room that I can t use. So what should I do for the next hour. He is like go to the bar I will give you a drink coupon. I went to the bar and waited 10 minutes he never showed up. Lets see how the next 2 days go!

The next day I went to brunch. The hosted made us wait 20 minutes even though there were plenty of tables. The guy making the eggs to-order screwed up the order twice. The buffet was absolutely terrible! No fresh bread . One kind of cheese. I small danish tray with crazy danishes. Some frozen reheated potatoes. I could go on. I have pictures.
I think I should have stayed down the block at the Ritz Carlton!!
