The thoroughly excellent customer service received from Blue Whale surpassed my expectations.
The information received regarding the delivery process, dates available, what was expected from me and what would be provided by Blue Whale was concise and clear, so I knew exactly what was happening during every stage.

The two installation men made a difficult movement of the tub from vehicle/road to garden look at lot easier than it obviously was. (Contending with a ramp, gravel, narrow passage, tight turns and a slim final position.)
The machine was up and running in next to no time and ready to use that evening following the lunchtime arrival.
The chaps gave us clear instructions on using and maintaining the machine, along with the different chemicals and when to use them.

I would highly recommend Blue Whale Spa to anyone in the market for a tub.
