This company deals in foreclosures. The sellers (banks, financial institutions want to use them for some reason and if you do, they will pay "typical" closing costs. That may be true but Servicelink charges so many fees, $1,200 just in a closing fee, that the buyer should just pick their own local title company. The premiums you would have to pay by picking your own company would even out with the exorbatant fees they charge. The service is TERRIBLE, they do not communicate and junk fee you to death.
