It was a great stay at the hotel. Disappointed however only seeing doormen out in the open when called upon via radio and only outside at certain times. They should be there the very second a vehicle pulls up 24/7 and open the door for the driver and passengers. More disappointed no valet being offered. Let alone, no bellmen to assist hotel guests with luggage and/or equipment for events. A major hospitality miss on being offered. The biggest down fall is not seeing the hotel honor a TRUE HERO who just passed (Sen. John Maccain) by lowering their flag half staff until he is buried. Otherwise, I still give 5stars.
