I started my search by looking at the inventory online, found a car I liked and called the dealership to make sure it was available before going in. I had a very pleasant conversation with Kurt and told him that I would be in shortly to look at what was available. I arrived and was immediately greeted by a very charming salesman. He introduced himself and our initial conversation was to just be upfront, honest, and have a 'no holds barred' interaction. We both agreed to do that and it was one of the best customer and sales service I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Kurt went way above and beyond to make absolutely sure that I left the dealership completely happy and satisfied with my purchase. Kurt got Paul involved and the two of them went thru the list of vehicles that met my specificities in regards to likes, amenities and financial obligation.
I cannot say enough about this wonderful salesman who made an inedible impression upon my 86 year old mother who was very involved in making this deal become a reality. We were both treated with the utmost respect and customer care. It was truly obvious that the team was not just trying to make a sale but were doing all they could from the heart to gain a friend and customers for life. Kurt succeeded in making that happen. Mike made sure that all the paperwork was ready and instead if it being a long drawn out process of signing paper after paper; he explained in great detail what was required, what we were signing and was engaging, smiling and friendly in spite of the lateness of the hour.
It would be remiss of me to forget to mention the young attendant that in spite of having to go to a very important function and was running late, took my car, washed and cleaned it to please me. I thank you!
It has been two days since I have become the very proud owner of my 2012 VW Passat SE and I have had quite a few compliments! I have already referred 4 people to go by the dealership and ask for Kurt, tell him I sent you and be forthright and honest about your situation. He is honest, friendly and will do his very best to help you.
Kurt has called me every day to make sure that everything is OK and the car is performing as it should. That's customer service and care that is above and beyond the norm. This dealership has gained a customer and I am going to make sure that all my friends and acquaintances know where to go to get a great car at a very fair price, awesome and unbeatable customer service and care, gain a few more friends and all with Satisfaction GUARANTEED!
