Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was not cleaned properly and no way could have been covid-19 cleaned. The hotel is practicing covid standards and not serving breakfast or coffee, no pool, and no gym, it is all shut down as well as common areas in the lobby. I wish our room had been cleaned to the standards. There was white crusty spots on the night stand that I wiped off and disinfected myself. The shower had not been cleaned, had mold in the shower floor. The seat in the shower even had the last guests USED SOAP still sitting on the seat. The shower curtain was dirty at the bottom and the last guests pony tail holder was still hanging from the shower curtain hook. The bathroom sink was broken and would not drain. The mirror had NOT been cleaned and had spots all over it. Only one elevator was operational and very slow, the other elevator was out of service. The only plus was the sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. This hotel would not be on my list for a return visit.
