I've been trying to make an appointment for a power for two months and I haven't been able to. The website comes out whenever there is no availability ???? You call and never answer, and you go personally and they don't attend to you and ask you to make an appointment only online or by calling the Mexitel number. I call Mexitel and they tell me the same thing that they don't have availability. One cannot make an appointment even for the next month. The other day I put the same thing but in the consulate of Los Angeles and there is "No Available" no day to process a power during the next two months. What other option do I have ???? That makes no sense .. What a bad service ... For example, at the Colombian consulate they receive you the same day and without an appointment. If they are going to receive only people with an appointment, they should at least let one make appointments, don't they think so ????
