A doctor prescribed ear drops for my young cat who had a ruptured eardrum that were ototoxic and not recommended for a ruptured ear drum. He ended up getting a brain infection and dying and I didn't even get to say goodbye. They owned up to the mistake and refunded me but that doesn't help my poor sweet boy.

They overcharge every chance they can get and are not transparent regarding treatment and how much this should cost. Take your pet to Fish Creek if it's an emergency or Ramsay Clinic on weekends - I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone.

I would give zero stars if I could.
