We visited this restaurant in August. The service was really impeccable and spotless, but at the end of the day I didn t like this restaurant that much. It is expensive (really expensive) but that is to be expected in e three star restaurants. What I didn t expect is just how much the kitchen was experimental. I find myself to be a consumer who appreciates the traditional gastronomy; If you re like me, you won t like this restaurant. Every single meal was an experiment by chef. Very unorthodox and different (ie one of the tasting menu desserts was basil tartelette which tastes like pesto with sugar). If you re ready to go to a restaurant where you will be paying a lot of money and want to experiment, this is a restaurant for you. If, like me, you prefer the traditional gastronomy, I advise you to go somewhere else.
PS I enjoyed having my amuse bouche in the garden at the picnic setting as it was quite different experience.
