MOLD - One month after moving into a seemingly sound (freshly painted) apartment we found moisture and mold issues surfacing in several areas of the apartment that they had attempted to conceal with paint. There is very evidently roof leak issues that they have been negligent to address. When we contacted the management group they did not treat the issue with urgency. Their maintenance staff no-showed the inspection we set up. This is a very serious health issue.
