I had a service appointment early on Tuesday 5/21....

I had a service appointment early on Tuesday 5/21. Dropped my car off the night before in the night drop off and wrote detailed notes on what I needed to be done, time to call me and when I needed the car by. No word from Nissan all morning so I called at 12:30. No update other than saying they were looking in to it. Called back 2 full hours later and received the same update - nothing. It wasn't until 4pm that Tim called and gave me a laundry list of things needing repair. The phone connection was bad and we got disconnected and after 25 minutes without a return call, I had to call back to find out what else needed to be communicated. At that point it was 4:30 and I was told that my car would not be ready until the next day. The price was outrageous and communication was pathetic. Tim did not have a friendly demeanor and as a result I cannot foresee bringing my car back there for service. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied.
