The ordering sevice was horrible. I placed my order in the drive-thru. The line was long so I was still at the speaker when I finished. I rolled my window up and continued my conversation on the phone. The attendee began asking for my order and kept talking. I couldn't make out what was said until I rolled my window back down. I explained that I was still the same person then she said, 'That's what I was asking!' I calmly advised that my window is up so I didn't hear. Once the line moved, I got to the window and my order was wrong. The offered no apology and made it seem like it was my error. Never again!
