Our room was spacious, clean, and very very quiet....

Our room was spacious, clean, and very very quiet.

Quiet until Saturday October 22 at 6:00 a.m. when we were awakened to the sound of our door banging open against the little last-ditch latch/lock. It was a drunk guest who had apparently been given a key to our room.

The response from the front desk and security organizations were entirely inadequate, leaving my wife and me not only shaken for the remainder of our stay, but also frustrated that our security concerns were ignored. We don't intend to return to this establishment.
