I want to thank David Foo and mechanic Mason for all their help and for trying very hard to satisfy me. My CX5 was in for an oil change on Friday. I also requested they test my bluetooth since it was not reading my messages to me.

This happened before, and the dealership fixed it by doing a factory reset. But it did not last. Eventually the device did not read my messages to me.

Mason tested it and for a brief time using his phone it worked. However when I arrived to pick up my car we tested it and it would not work. David and Mason tried everything to fix it. We added and removed my Samsung phone, adjusted other features, but to no avail. They were courteous and dedicated to customer satisfaction, but in the end could not correct the problem. I commend them for their service and kind, helpful attitude.

Finally, the determination was the bluetooth module needs to be replaced, but the cost is substantial. I will leave well enough alone and just have a 2015, CX5 with 15,000 miles and a non working part of the bluetooth...ahh technology.
