They shutdown service before the storm and did not alert anyone when it was "back up" and refuse to credit you properly for not providing service. Horrible company and even worse customer service. If you have an option STAY AWAY AND DO NOT USE THEM!!! ..... and of course they leave the standard form answer. They couldn't care less about the actual issue.
