Instead of being grouped together in one spot, the shoes are spread around the shop across different floors so you have to walk around the entire place just to see all of them. When I was there the escalator was broken so everyone was having to walk down, making walking around this big store even more of a hassle. And I saw a customer trying to get help with something but the two people working near by were more interested in talking to each other then helping a customer. I will buy my Nike trainers from Footlocker next time.
