VERY hard to get in touch with anyone there. Called and left a message, but no one called me back. This may be because I said we had several coats/jackets to bring. Some are brand new. From their website I learned, however, that they don't need coats. Called again today, no one answered phone, not even a machine! Glad I thought to look at the website further or we'd have brought over several packages of things only to be turned away. But if I were bringing garlic salt, I'd have been welcomed with open arms.

I'm sure this is a needed service in our community. I wish it weren't. Since you have very successful campaigns for donated things, I'd say you were successful.
