I am a new customer and I was told that my rate would be 9.?$ But the paper that I recieved in the mail states the lowest based on usage is 14.9$ which is extremely high. Also how am I suppose to sign up online to view anything when I have never recieved an account number on any communication from the company. This is starting off wrong already.
