This hospital has a dismal management when it comes to monitoring the patient.
My daughter was doing an MRI on February 17, 2019, there were 2 exam requests for this MRI, one from the general practitioner and one from the neurologist. Appointment taken in January.
To this day it is still missing a protocol ....... that is long, we contacted the service 2 months ago and we told him that the head of service would take care ..... so far the neurologist still has not received the protocol.
We phone, we walk service service, we write to the mediation service .... nothing works ... we phone and we are told that we can not do anything, that requests for exams are gone to the archives. And Friday at 16h, there is no one to handle the problem.
The bill has arrived ... the complaint service does not answer ..... what carelessness.
