I got Duncan's name by a colleague who used Duncan's services in the past. We all know how painful and knowledge unbalance there is between the different parties when you buy a house (especially if you're a foreigner first time buyer like myself). It's just hard sometimes to get grip of the whole process and just understand where you are on the checklist and what's need to be done next.
