Had a really fun time at the Guinness Storehouse. We spent a good 2-3 hours there traversing the various levels and looking over the exhibits. You get a pint included with the price of your ticket (student entry only 20 euros), and a tasting session. There's a decent 360 viewing point right at the top of the building, and an interesting section on the history of Guinness' branding.
The building is situated a little off the main roads of Dublin but isn't much trouble to find. It took us 15-20 minutes to walk following Google maps from the main town centre.
Thoroughly recommend.
