The customer service representative was rude offen...

The customer service representative was rude offensive and unwilling to answer any questions that weren t even related to the patient directly. I was asking about company policy wanting to lead into asking about forms and she would speak right over me and get progressively louder and more unprofessional. As a conservator it was frustrating as a family member it was hurtful because this is pertaining to my brothers feeding pump without one he won t be able to eat at all. If she had the luxury to understand compassion over just pure company policy then maybe the rating would be a little bit higher despite the frustrations of sharing of information. I understand HIPPA and happy to give what s necessary but after a 30 minute wait for someone even to answer I wanted to stream line beat practice to avoid missing crucial steps so I m not shut down from discussing CRITICAL healthcare needs. Oh and cherry on top is their fax number isn t working. Walking into the office I am!
