Carts for people with disabilities stop and cause chaos in the halls, and when staff support is requested they do not resolve and disregard. Most of the time the alarm is sounding, but it is not seen that there is any accident or theft, they just let it sound and it is very stressful to buy like that. And one issue the bathrooms, for the women's only two were available, the other two were out of order, and on a schedule of many people. The staff does not have the training to serve many people.
