I was a tenant of their's for a year. They did not make repairs on time. They overcharged us. We paid a "holding fee", an "admin fee" and an "inventory check". When we entered the property it wasn't sufficiently cleaned.
We waited for 4 months for them to fix a leak in the roof and redecorate the wall that had been damp for that entire time. I had never felt so miserable. We had black mould in the kitchen just above where we dried our dishes and our rooms, although they had "double glazed" windows were like refrigerators.
When we left we spent a couple of days cleaning and yet they charged us 140 pounds for "cleaning". If you want to be extorted feel free to rent a property with this agency.
They will even through in a 20 pound reference for you.
