I dropped off my car at 7am Did not get a call back until 5:30pm stating I needed a new back tire. It had been patched and did not need a new tire.
Once I had a chance to review the pdf form of work to be done, the total was $368,000. $213 for a set of windshield wipers, shall I go on?
I phoned and emailed the service dept. 3 times today, and finally got a hold of my service guy at 1:00 today. That is a full 1 1/2days of having the car with no direct contact. I am once again, deeply disappointed in this service dept and will not be returning. I had the car there 6 months ago for an A/C issue and the car was there for over 2 weeks. When i went to enterprise to return the rental they said that Audi told them I was responsible for 1/2 of the bill even though the car was at their dealership. The PR woman phoned and was useless. Did not return phone calls so I had to go in person back to the dealership and deal with the manager. First time, shame on you. Second time, shame on me. I will not return again.
