An hour and a half for an oil change and my truck ...

An hour and a half for an oil change and my truck sat in the parking lot for at least 30 minutes after it was done, I had to go back to the counter to finally get some service. Had a phone call a couple of days later asking if everything was ok with my visit, told him about the issues and he said the service manager would call me, never heard anything back!

I should not have to try and contact you again, I was told that someone would be calling me back
