We have purchased two used vehicles from Preferred in the last two years, and both have been great for us. Our sales agent Ben was courteous, patient, showed us many options, just awesome (thank you). There has been a couple of times when we have had small normal issues (warranty and other) and each time they have been courteous and helpful. Both the 2008 Ford Escape and the 2014 Chevy Silverado have services performed through their service departments and so far are awesome as well. This winter the Ford had been in an accident and we had our repairs completed at Preferred, and with just a few "hiccups" that department was great to work with as well.
Thank you Preferred, we appreciate what you do for us.
