As a diamond member I have stayed at Hilton s around the globe. I ve never been at a property that didn t have coffee for the guests in the Lobby. So, I was surprised when I was told that there are two choices, use the gross machine in the room or buy a cup from their hotel. For $300, apparently it s more important for them to scrape an extra $2.50 out of your pocket.

I did raise this to the general manager Chad . He ignored my response.

There are plenty of hotels in the area, find one that cares about their guests.
