My experience started and ended well but was reall...

My experience started and ended well but was really bad in the middle. We ordered a frame. When we went to pick it up (lame employee Zach) gave us 3 out of 4 needed boxes to build the frame. When I called about this mistake, I was told I would have to wait 5 days to get the missing piece delivered. Luckily, our sales person Max drove out the piece to my home so we only had to wait 2 days. The Nutmeg futon frame is really nice. Thank you Max.
