Military family review....We had the worst and most dreadful experience purchasing a car.
The car salesman hounded us and breathed down our neck into buying this car. Yes, its our mistake for going ahead and purchasing it. But, it was hard to make a decision buying a car when DON was literally staring at us and pressuring us. We even asked him for more time and the guy said, "No you have had enough time- we gave you a good deal now say yes!"
Don knew nothing about Jeeps FYI. Good thing we did.
Also, we are from out of state... apparently CA has a no cooling off period on purchasing a car. We were told none of this information. Legally they are supposed to have it posted in the dealership- and at no point did I see this.
So we ended up buying this vehicle because it was my husbands "dream" car. They were so rude to us and rushed us out. I instantly wanted to give this car back- but again CA has that no cooling off period. DON and CHRISTIAN were so incredibly rude to us. So we took the damn thing home. The next day we had to trade it in to get the "bad taste" out of our mouth from spending money at this rotten dealership.
We went to GMC across the road and traded the Jeep for a GMC Terrain. BEST CHOICE EVER!
Then we received a letter from Jeep saying we have to return the Jeep because they didn't set us up with a financial. (their fault!) TOO late the damn thing isn't ours anymore! Go look at it from across the street!
Very unorganized, unprofessional, and rude.
They claim to treat military families wonderfully....WRONG!
I never even want to purchase a chrysler, jeep or dodge ever again because of these people.
ALSO it took them 2 weeks to pay off our trade in. So a car we still technically owned was sitting in their lot. We threatened to seek legal action and they finally sent over a check. We are still in the process of finding out if it has gone through. What a hassle. Stay away MARINES!
