Bought a brand new BMW 135i. Not usually one to write reviews either positive or negative but reading some of the feedback on here I felt the need to spread some light. From first walking in the door and not knowing what to expect, as it was my first BIG new vehicle purchase i was quite nervous, I met Malcolm, the salesman and Jerome his sales manager, who made everything extremely easy.. from selecting a vehicle to going on a drive. Malcolm explained the benefits and disadvantages about some additional features the car had and told me his personal opinion on them as well which greatly impacted my decision after understanding what he was talking about. After working out numbers very professionally with Jerome, the sales manager who was also a pleasure to deal with, I went through the rest of the financing which was made very easy by and quick. When I came to pick up the car it was in show room quality and Malcolm went over every inch of the car with me, even though un-needed, I can see the benefits to someone who wouldn't have read article after article about the car before picking it up like I did. I have dealt with their parts department quite a bit and it is also very easy, and when dealing with their service advisors it is always very simple and the car always comes back clean after servicing! Living in the area I stop by from time to time to show the guys the current build, and recommend the dealership to everyone I know in the market for a new or used BMW .
