Finally!!!!! Been going to Baystate for years deal...

Finally!!!!! Been going to Baystate for years dealing with the quick lane guys and the awful customer service they provided. Today I needed tires and brakes for my truck and the new group of guys working the desk are great, 2mins dealing with them you know right away they know customer service. Got my truck done on time with no BS. My faith in Ford is being restored thanks to Jon V.
