If I could give zero stars, I would. What a joke!! I have a Cadillac plan for insurance and almost everything, according to the insurance rep, was covered. The billing/receptionist insisted I owed money for things that my plan did not cover. In reality, the billing department coded things incorrectly. My insurance rep told me to have the doctors office call them to clear it up. The doctors office refused and insisted I pay them. I refused, walked out without treatment, and will be seeing a new doctor. Deplorable!
