My experience at 5 Grand Autoland was spectacular!! Kip and the crew were very helpful and personable. They were very welcoming and understanding of my situation. As a first time car buyer they helped me with the confusing process in a very sufficient and easy way! The team is not pushy, they want the best for you; not to just make a sale. The were the best costumer service out there! I felt like I was talking to a friend making the best decision possible; not just trying to be sold on any car they could get me into. Any questions I had and issues I had with my car Kip, Ray and Jesse were more then happy to help me! I got a great deal better then I was anticipating on getting, maybe you will too! Do not hesitate to just stop on by and say hello! Maybe you'll even walk away with an amazing deal like I did!
