hotel good. needs some updating. people staff overall. pool needs work on tiles falling apart. Sink in bathroom cracked
also mystery charges for a car on bill (we had no car) and they don't give Elite discounts promised.
nothing worse than fighting with front desk before departure on incorrect charges and then still not fixed. emails, phone calls are ignored
