I used a groupon so that may be why I recieved such bad service. It was a very in and out service. This place is like the sweatshop of salons. The wash stylist grabbed me, got my hair wet and took me to my stylist without saying a word. It was definitely not the conditioner treatment.
The hair stylist then asked me one question and started chopping my hair which took about 10 minutes. It was so fast that while I was walking out she told me that she missed a spot and that I need to come sit back down so she can fix it. I was out the door in under 30 minutes with a pretty badly done hair cut.
There s no personalization, no get to know you, it s fast and honestly seems to be overbooking hair apts. Like I said it could be Groupon or it could just be their in and out customer treatment. Whatever it is it s the worst treatment I ve ever recieved at a salon.
****Update the stylist (Jessica) found me on Facebook and messaged me about this review which probably took more time to do then she took to do my hair.... lol
