We went into Big Bob's, just looking for some small pieces of carpet to complete a home project. We were greeted when we first walked in by a wonderful salesman named Chris Hill. We told him what we were looking for and even though it was a small amount of carpet, Chris treated us like we were carpeting our whole house. Just when you think customer service was gone, you meet someone like Chris.
