The rooms very well equipped, good food and facilities, the only thing I could appreciate and I think they need to improve their customer service, (in the aspect that they prefer to serve an American to a Latino, I do not say that is the case with all workers , but if there is a majority of the above mentioned, especially in the area of buffets, beach and pool.)
