Very nice staff, but not very responsive. I bought my Fusion Energi from Nalley Ford in 9/16 and their salesman broke the car before I even drove off the lot. He disconnected the "high power" hybrid battery and didn't know how to reconnect. Once this happened, the whole cars computer system was messed up and has continually given us problems with the car failing on numerous occasions. When I brought the car back in to be repaired they didn't have any mechanics that could work on this car. In the past few months they have gone though 2 GM's, a couple of sales managers and 3 Service Managers. Ford had to send out a special engineer to fix the car. (as a side note I asked the dealership for an extended warranty since they broke the car. The agreed and then reneged! In the end Ford corporate agreed to honor the dealerships commitment on the warranty). After the last repair I they failed to notify me that the car was ready for pick up, even though Ford in Detroit called to tell me it should be done. I called on numerous occasions to verify this and find out when I could pick it up. Three days later I got hold of the service manager who verified that it was ready and had been ready for days, but apologized for not notifying me. I asked them to have the car cleaned before picking it up. They washed it and vacuumed the front seats, but not the back seat. This seems to be typical of their work! I hope that when they get their staff and management under control their quality will improve. Unfortunately, they are the most convenient Ford dealership for me!
