We bought a new f150. We went there because of the advertised price online, and they were open on Sundays. Once we got there, the price was $2k more. We drove over an hour to get there based on what we were told we could get in a trade in, and due to the advertised price. Once we got there, the trade in was $2500 less than we were told. We were just going to go back home, since that's a $4500 swing on price. They finally decided to give us the trade in, but were stone on the price being $2k more than it was advertised online. Like I previously mentioned, we drove over an hour to get there, with intentions of leaving with a truck. The price was still decent, and that truck had 0% financing, so we purchased it. The salesman was super nice, and so was the final finance guy. There was a chip in the door all the way to the metal. We were told via IOU it would be taken care of at a later date. It took us forever to get right with them on a time to get the chip fixed. Once she got there, my wife was there for HOURS waiting on the repair. Not one person spoke to her the whole time she was in the main area. Once the 3 hour long repair was finished, it looks like was someone would've done with a touch up marker bought at the store. I thought the chip would've been filled in and repaired correctly. Very cheap repair for a brand new vehicle. Very disappointed. Will not go back there.
